Hello! I like to keep things short and straightforward, with good intentions in mind. If you think something is not right, please contact me here so we can make it right. I should respond within 24h.

Goal: This website (tinker.institute) is a feedback-driven development of my new products that hopefully you will use. I do not share your data with anyone else, and I do not use it for any purpose other than to create the best possible tools for you.

Note: "tinker.institute" is not actually an institute — it's just a cool name.

Waitlist forms on this website: When you fill out any form here, you voluntarily provide your email address. I also collect: language, screen resolution, device type, location, timezone, platform (OS details), and user agent (browser details).

Analytics: I use external service umami and google analytics to collect basic analytics (as do most websites). They may use cookies or similar tracking technologies, but are also known for being pro-user.

Description: My first product I am validating. You can get a short and actionable summary of crypto signals based on YouTube videos.

Data collection: Besides what's tinker.institute is gathering, I am only collecting stuff needed to provide you with the service (show results, history of requests, your login credentials etc.).

Other boring stuff required by law needed to be mentioned

Legal basis & compliance (EU / GDPR): I comply with relevant data protection laws, including the GDPR if you're in the EU. The data is collected with your consent and/or legitimate interest (to improve functionality and user experience).

Data retention: I keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above (or as required by law). If you want your data removed sooner, just let me know.

Your rights: If you're in the EU (or another jurisdiction with similar regulations), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also object to processing or request data portability, where applicable. Just email kuba@tinker.institute and I'll help you out.

Security measures: I take reasonable steps to protect your data. However, no method is 100% perfect, so please be mindful of what you share.

Policy updates: I may update this policy from time to time. If anything major changes, I'll let you know by posting a notice on the site or emailing you if it affects your data directly.

Children's privacy (if relevant): This site isn't intended for children. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you think I have, please contact me so I can delete it.
